Capture video/audio tapes
This is the process of getting your video/audio media to a computer.  Audio can be from cassette tapes or compact disc.  Video is best from a digital format (miniDV or DVD), but we can capture video from VHS, Hi8 and Beta.

Create DVD/CD
We can optionally create a DVD and CD for your course.  We put on custom menus with your logo.

Encoding media for the internet
The digital media needs to be encoded (formatted) for delivery over the internet.  We can encode to your specifications or use one of our standard formats.  Our standards encode for multiple bit rates, which helps to provide the best video for each of your users.  Our standard is a format delivering 330K/200K/100K/44K streams, which provides very nice video.  Our high quality format delivers 600K/500K/400K/300K streams, which provide almost TV quality video to your users.

Create schools/departments
Administrators can create as many schools or departments as you like.  This is mostly for your organization and tracking, but it also alows you to seperate course on your website.

Create courses
For each school/department administrators can create an unlimitted number of courses.  A course contains an unlimitted number of classes and tests.  Each class can be made up one of more part.  There is no limit to the number of questions on a test.  Test questions can be True/False, Multiple Choice, Mataching, Select the Correct Answers, Fill in the Blank(s) and Essay.

Student Administration
Administrators can view student activity and grades.  Test and course grades can be maintianed for your existing students as well as your on-site and correspondence (DVD/VHS/etc) students.

Student access to courses
Your students can have access to your course lists.  For each course all students can have access to a preview video, on-line tests, course materials and on-line audio/video.  Students can access course our website or from your website with the addition of some simple HTML.  We also provide custom website development.
